The Senior Manager, Entrepreneurial Expansion, Innovation, and Impact, position is responsible for leading the execution of the vision for mainstreaming SBI in the NeighborWorks Network. The mainstreaming model features a self-serve approach to accessing the training, resources, technical assistance, and coaching required to support an organization through a transition to a social enterprise business model. The Senior Manager is responsible for recruitment strategies; data analysis to show the impact of SBI; management of external consultants providing technical assistance; quantifying the leading edge of the initiative by identifying NWO innovations; and ensuring replication of innovations through peer collaboration. • Work collaboratively across divisions with National Homeownership Programs and Lending (NHPL) and Corporate Strategy and Impact (CSI) staff to ensure outcomes and impacts of SBI are documented and disseminated internally and externally. Identify outcomes and impacts that can elevate SBI and NeighborWorks America as innovators in the thought leadership space in the nonprofit industry.
