Upon award, we are hiring several Senior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analysts to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidates will:

  • Research and provide  analysis for the development of Price and Availability (P&A) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA).
  • Prepare documentation for implementation, execution, reconciliation, and closure of FMS cases.
  • Prepare briefs and reports including case, Record Serial Number (RSN), Program Directive Line Item (PDLI) summaries, Program Management Review (PMR) documentation and presentation materials/briefs, and country correspondence.
  • Gather, analyze, and provide data compiled from a variety of sources in preparation for reviews and meetings; then produce this data in the form of various exhibits, reports, letters, schedules, studies, charts, and presentation material.
  • Provide support for development of FMS cases in Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) .
  • Assist in updating P&A, LOA, Amendment, Modification, and Obligational Authority (OA) Revision data packages in DSAMS.
  • Interact with Navy International Programs Office (NIPO) for resolution of case development issues
  • Compile, analyze data, provide feedback, and maintain data/files related to development of FMS cases.
  • Attend meetings, Continental United States (CONUS) or Outside Continental United States (OCONUS), to prepare agendas, presentations and documents, take and track minutes, and maintain records of these meetings
  • Provide FMS case execution efforts to include market research for alternative solutions as well as requisition/procurement processing and tracking through the ordering, manufacturing, and delivery processes.

 

 
Position Requirements

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. 
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience with the following:
    • Conducting research and  analysis for the development of Price and Availability (P&A) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA).
    • Documentation preparation for implementation, execution, reconciliation, and closure of FMS cases.
    • Preparation of briefs and reports including case, RSN, PDLI summaries, Program Management Review (PMR) documentation and presentation materials/briefs, and country correspondence.
  • FMS experience preferred, not required.
  • An active Secret security clearance.
  • US citizenship is a prerequisite.

 

*This position is contingent upon award, with a potential start date in 2022*
