The Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator will work together and report to the Chief of Staff to complete tasks as needed and assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and efforts. This position will be responsible for the conceptualizing, designing and executing print and digital marketing collateral & campaigns and will play a role in managing needs deriving from organizational strategy as well as responding to requests from departments where applicable. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. New Hampshire or Massachusetts based candidate preferred, but remote work will be considered. Remote candidate will need to have flexibility to travel and work onsite occasionally. Job Responsibilities: Graphic Design Work with the corporate team on the conceptualization, creation and design of print and digital marketing collateral using the look and feel of the brand Support the creation of graphics and collateral with focus on unique lines of business Designs digital and print marketing collateral Handle production, including vendor relations, for different forms of print, video and digital projects Digital Marketing & Web Maintenance Assist in the management of website and landing page creation and updates, digital advertising campaigns, and social media production Create and analyze analytics reports from Optisure's multiple digital platforms (and it's related entities): Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. Develop, source and post content and artwork to social media sites as needed General Marketing Provide assistance in the development and execution of creative strategies to achieve marketing and company goals. Write and develop compelling narratives and written copy to build marketing initiatives web presence. Develop and implement annual marketing plan to proactively consider marketing initiatives.   Position Requirements Associate or Bachelor Degree with a major in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field A minimum of 1 year experience as a graphic or interactive/digital designer/digital marketing professional Full proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite design applications A keen eye for visual storytelling along with excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Wordpress, HTML code, and CSS. Experience with Social Media platforms Facebook, LinkedIn, etc Copywriting experience Other Information: Employment is subject to applicant/employee criminal background check.
