Summary of responsibilities include: Co-Chairing Interdisciplinary Independent Living Review Committees meeting weekly for Independent residents Counseling Residents, families and significant others as requested, appropriate or needed Orienting new residents in liaison with Admissions Coordinator and Hospitality Committee Developing support groups as needed, helping residents understand and discuss feelings, attitudes, fears and anxieties, grief, spiritual values and concerns, etc. Actively participates in Continuous Quality Improvement, Infection Control, Utilization Review and Interdisciplinary Teams   Position Requirements Master's Degree in Social Work LCSW-C required Exceptional managerial abilities 7 plus years experience Knowledge of geriatric population   This position is currently not accepting applications.
