Description

ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy. 

The Management Recruiter position is part of the corporate recruitment team that is responsible for aggressive recruiting activities for management level positions in our skilled nursing facilities.  This full-life cycle role will partner with senior leadership on their hiring needs and develop a strategy to ensure efficient and effective hiring of quality talent. The Recruiter also would be responsible with sourcing, screening, interview logistics, consistent communications with candidate and hiring managers.

Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree in human resources, communications, or related field required.

Must be detail oriented; Must communicate effectively with team members and internal customers; Ability to handle multiple critical needs and work independently to meet deadlines.
One to three years of recruiting experience perferred.
