Comprehensive ongoing agency training We offer staff reviews throughout the year; giving the opportunity for salary increase and position advancements Eligibility for professional development programs (e.g. Free Continued Education Units (CEUs) What You Would Be Doing Summary/Objective: The Behavior Analyst will provide support to individuals and their caregivers by coordinating and providing services including Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and behavior management consultation and training. The Behavior Analyst will also oversee programming of and provide ongoing support and supervision to Behavior Technician (BTs), Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), family members, and other staff/caregivers as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Skill Acquisition and Behavior Support Plans. This position provides services in the community, primarily in homes and residential settings. reports to the Administrator of Intensive ABA Services and works closely with all other departments. This is a full-time, salaried position. This is a Full-Time, Year Round, Salary position.   Position Requirements Qualifications Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social work, Education or related field required. BCBA certification in good standing. Ability to provide BACB supervision to other colleagues if applicable. Experience working with children/adolescents with a variety of psychiatric and/or behavioral disorders, including those on the autism spectrum. Preferably, experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disorders.
