The Talent Director is a business partner with ERDMAN leaders and employees. The role is responsible for developing the workforce through the administration and process improvements of the human resources function including recruitment & retention, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Execution: Provides primary oversight of the Human Resources function.

  • Staffing & Recruitment: Provides workforce planning and recruiting strategies to the business by collaborating with business leaders to attract top talent.

  • Performance Management & Talent Development: Works with business partners to give advice on employee relations and performance management issues. Manages and develops Human Resources employees, establishes clear goals and expectations, provides ongoing feedback, develops skills and knowledge of team members, and rewards people for their behavior and results.

  • Administration & Compliance: Provides insights in the development, implementation and communication of a variety of organizational programs, policies and procedures. Manages and maintains functional and organizational documents.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Responsible for payroll administration, benefits administration and compensation/total rewards oversight.

Position Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred

Certifications and/or Licenses: SPHR or SHRM-SCP, coaching certifications preferred.

Relevant Experience & Training:

  • Experienced and accomplished HR leader with at least 5 years previous Human Resources Management experience.

  • Possesses strong understanding of HR practices, procedures, employment law and approaches and administers processes and policies consistently and fairly, upholding ERDMAN’s constructive culture.

  • Strong ability to strategically and tactically evaluate and implement sophisticated HR programs and initiatives that align with the business.

  • Ability to identify and grow HR employees.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate the highest level of integrity.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in a variety of environments: remotely from a home office, at ERDMAN headquarters and other locations, and at client sites. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours and beyond and will average more than 2,300 hours per year.? Great flexibility in schedule is both required of you and returned to you due to our many project deadlines.?

  • 10% national travel required.
