Share Email Opening Title Case Manager- Independent Living  Description INDEPENDENT LIVING SPECIALIST needed to work on independent living skills with youth that are in or have been in out-of-home-care in a 15 county region. Counties this position will cover include: Pierce, St. Croix, Buffalo, Pepin, Jackson, and Trempealeau.   This is a limited term position with an end date of 12/2022 with a possibility of it continuing after that time.   Responsibilities include conducting assessments, groups, and one-on-one services with the youth, as well as attending team meetings. The Independent Living Specialist works closely with and supervises interns.   Position Requirements Due to this being a large geographic area to cover, applicants must be willing to travel on a daily basis.
