As our Regional HR Manager, you are charged with two critical tasks – providing high-impact human support to our employees and partnering with our leaders to ensure our people and business needs align. You are passionate about helping others, problem solving, and celebrating wins. You are able to connect the dots and see when things are headed down the right path, or when they need some course-correction. The Washington or Oregon-based Regional HR Manager will provide support for our Northwestern regional teams.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with business leaders to understand their human capital needs
Provide manager support, training, and disciplinary guidance
Work with leadership during employee relations and related coaching needs
Collaborate on compensation and benefits administration efforts
Promote employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
Support regional compliance, including: Workers Comp, ADA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and other state/federal requirements
Track and identify meaningful metrics to help us understand what is working well, what is not, and where we might need to tighten-up
Identify ways that we can improve our employee experience
Keep us apprised of HR trends, specifically those that affect your assigned regions
Offer thought leadership and consultative guidance to all levels of internal and external clients
