Salary Range: $14.00 to $14.79 (based on experience) $600 SIGN-ON BONUS--$300 once training is completed and you are working in the home. Second $300 on six-month anniversary pay. Available Work Schedules We are currently looking for great team members to join us! All shifts are available. Schedules to be discussed during interviews.  What You Will Be Doing The ideal candidate will be working directly in a therapeutic setting with individuals aged 15-21 with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.   Position Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing. Licensure/Certification: Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing. Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance, insurable driving record (five points or fewer).  Experience: One year experience working with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals and experience implementing ABA preferred SPECIAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Must be detail oriented and have competent literacy and writing, documentation, communications and interpersonal abilities.
