As a Business Development Manager you will establish relationships with CEOs, VPs, and other top executives. Your commitment to fully understanding your clients' goals and challenges will enable you to help them solve their biggest problems, growing their business and ours. We need someone willing and able to convince skeptical C-Suite executives that content marketing and audience engagement is critical for growing their business and supporting their independent sales channels.

Because we want to reward our employees for their hard work and success, you’ll receive a generous base salary while you’re in training. Upon completion of our training program, you’ll continue to receive a base salary plus commissions on all sales that you close.

Position Requirements

Qualified applicants will possess:

  • An insatiable curiosity
  • Confidence in their opinion and the humility to accept help from others
  • Ability to travel six to eight times a year

Applicants with the following are preferred:

  • Expertise with a longer, more complex sales cycle, with multiple decision makers
  • Experience in the Water and Wastewater Industry
