The Regional Staffing Specialist is the primary liaison between Human Resource Directors, candidates, and hiring managers within assigned territory. This role will be responsible for recruiting nursing positions including reviewing applications, validating credentials, scheduling interviews, and updating the applicant tracking system as well as developing relationships with new recruiting sources and managing and creating recruiting channels to drive applicant flow.
