Salary:  $13.00 an hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm Essential Functions  What You Will Be Doing: This position will provide direct services – including Day & Vocational Habilitation and Non-Medical Transportation Services – for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as behavioral health challenges. Our program is both center and community based – so expect outings with the people we support!   Position Requirements Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Three years’ experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges in any residential, supported living, respite, day or vocational program, or school program Preferred Education and Experience: Five years’ experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges At least two years of college in psychology or related field plus three years or more of experience in the mental health field Licensure/Certification: Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing. (training will be provided, if not already certified) Valid Ohio Driver’s License – Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Insurable Driving Record - no more than five points on your driving record Successfully complete DOT drug screen and physical Med Cert (as needed based upon clientele) Interested? Great!
