Holmdel Imaging is now accepting resumes for a highly motivated, energetic, full-time Business Office Manager.

Successful candidate must have experience and knowledge of healthcare business practices, budgeting, accounting, and supervisory techniques.  Must have a working knowledge of support service operations, the ability to plan and direct the work of others and assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures.  A comprehensive knowledge of modern business and leadership practices is required.  Responsible for supervision of the Registration, Scheduling & Insurance Authorization teams supporting this fast-paced location.  At least three years' prior demonstrated leadership fostering a customer-focused, positive work environment in a medical setting is required.  Must be able to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.  Must possess the ability to assist in developing program objectives and deadlines and work within approved budget.  Must be proficient in computer applications, to include MS Office Suite.  Prior radiology experience is a plus.

Position Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience working in a like setting. Must have knowledge of all areas of department finctions as needed for supervision of staff.
  • Must be skilled and qualified to perform the job duties for areas they supervise.
  • Must have high school diploma or general eduation degree (GED).
