Description

We are excited to launch a new Outbound Sales Agent position in our Coeur d'Alene, ID Call Center. In this position you would responsible for prospecting and calling small business locksmith owners, sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about pricing, services, and technology for KeyMe Locksmiths.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell KeyMe's benefits, terms, and performance expectations to prospective locksmith partners who meet KeyMe's designated criteria and regional requirements.
  • Keep our CRM and mobile app up-to-date with accurate information for our locksmith partner profiles.
  • Take a data-driven approach to continually improve recruiting quality partners, overall customer experience, job performance, and the internal and external tools we leverage.
  • Apply rapport building strategies through outbound calling to gain potential customers interests in the KeyMe products.
  • Apply sales methodologies and problem-solving strategies to best position KeyMe's products and services as an individualized solution to customers.
  • Identify customer concerns and overcome customer's objections using the relevant features and benefits of KeyMe products to close all sales opportunities!
  • Consistently strive to exceed in all performance standards.
  • Other similar and/or related duties as assigned.

Hours of Operation: 6:00AM-10:00PM PST-7 days a week

Classification: Full-time

Paid Training: 3 weeks

Base Pay: $15.00 per hour

Commission: Paid per Lead generated.

Education and Experience Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year call center and/or sales experience preferred; but will train the positive, driven candidate ready to learn!
