Responsible for handling a variety of member service calls in a prompt and courteous manner. Resolves member questions and problems regarding all account information, including loans, payments, automatic transfers, interest rates, Visa, Debit, certificates, wires, ACH, and online services. Cross sells Credit Union services and supports all functions within the Call Center. Prepares loan applications for credit approval and disburse approved loans. Assists with loan processing, servicing and new accounts as assigned. Professionally assists and serves members. Responsible for growth of loan department with competitor payoff opportunities and outbound calls. Performs specific assigned side-jobs including various clerical functions and assists the Call Center with duties as required. Serves members promptly and professionally.

1. Assumes responsibility for the effective and professional completion of Call Center Loan Representative functions.
2. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with area personnel and with management.
