Employees also get paid time off with the potential to earn additional days.  What You Will Be Doing The driver safely transports the people we serve to & from their destinations and ensures the vehicles is in good working order before & after use. Primary Jon Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Drive gasoline, diesel, or electrically powered multi-passenger vehicles Transport individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to and from designated locations Plan routes to meet customer demands Follow pre-planned routes to ensure the efficiency of travel Report any vehicle malfunctions, needed repairs, delays, accidents, or any other traffic/transportation situations  Check the condition of a vehicle to ensure everything is in working order before and after use  Prepare and submit reports that may include the number of passengers or trips, hours worked, mileage, fuel consumption, etc.   Position Requirements Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to communicate in English; in both speech and writing Licensure/Certification Valid Ohio Driver's License with no more than 5 points Ability to obtain a commercial driver's medical certificate Experience One to three years proven experience in transportation or driving large vehicles At Boundless, we are building a world that realizes the potential of all people.
