Facilitates all facets of youth Case Management under the direction of the Family Engagement Specialist. Serve as a member of the Youth Treatment Team (coordinating/facilitating meetings). Maintain Department of Children and Families Group Home requirements, and any other contractual agency requirements.   Position Requirements BSW and three years of experience working with youth and families are required along with experience working with the population served (specifically with LGBTQ+ youth). Experience working in a Children’s System of Care residential placement preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
