Recruiting Coordinator—(6-Month Contract)

We have an immediate need for a high-performing, laser-focused Recruiting Coordinator responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates for various positions in Engineering, Manufacturing, Research and Development, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Sales, and Finance business units.

This is a full-time 6-month contract position. In this position, you will source active talent from our Applicant Tracking System and source passive talent from LinkedIn and other talent sources. 

Critical to the success of this position: 

  • Must have a can-do attitude. Focused and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Must have a passion for the recruiting process and people engagement.
  • Sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
  • Unwavering commitment to exhausting all resources to identify high-performing talent. 
  • Timely follow-up with hiring leaders and candidates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Self-starter requiring little to no supervision.  
  • Proven knowledge of full-cycle recruiting. 
  • Out-the-box thinker. Ability to create non-traditional strategies to identify ROCKSTARS.  

In this role, you will:

  • Screen applicants for competency with the job requirements and culture fit. 
  • Arrange telephone and Zoom interviews. 
  • Present resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring leader.
  • Timely recording of applicant status in the ATS as well as keeping applicants informed of the application process.

 

 
Position Requirements

Recruiter Requirements:

  • U.S.-based candidate.
  • Two (2) years of proven recruiting experience.
  • Excellent communication – verbal and written.
  • A Bachelor of Science or Human Resources degree.
  • Proven track record filling requisitions in a timely manner.  
  • Superior talent sourcing via LinkedIn.
