Provide intensive case management services to assigned residents at the recovery house. Protects clients' rights to privacy in a manner consistent with confidentiality guidelines and professional standards of care and sensitivity. Ensure that all contractual obligations with the Office of Addiction Services (OAS) are fulfilled and collaboration with the Office of Supportive Housing (OSH) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are fluid. Link residents to services within CSS and other community resources for additional support as needed. Gain a thorough understanding of protocols for the Department of Behavior Health and Intellectual Disability Services (DBH-IDS) Housing Initiative and OAS-funded Recovery Houses.   Position Requirements BSW with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to a crisis with appropriate interventions. Knowledge of the concepts of addiction, recovery, relapse prevention, and mental illness. Effective written and compassionate verbal communication skills. A clear understanding of professional boundaries. Knowledge of child developmental stages and behaviors.
