SUMMARY

Members of the Valor Solutions team implement technical solutions as developed by Solutions Architects for Valor's customers.

This position will be responsible for the following at the Idaho location:

  • Coordinating implementation of equipment for existing and new customers

  • Create documentation for customers and keep documentation up to date with an attention to detail and natural desire to be thorough

  • Providing turnover of new implementations

  • Responsible for resolving technical escalations from the Service Desk staff

  • Resolve technical issues

  • Resolve/troubleshoot advanced network issues

  • Assist in resolving software/application issues as it relates to the network

  • Participate in on call rotation

 
Position Requirements EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE<br><br>High School Diploma or GED<br>BA/ BS in Information Technology or Technology related degree (preferred)<br>Minimum three (3+) years of experience working in IT or a mix of call center support role<br>Microsoft, Cloud, VMware, Storage and other certifications as related to requirements (preferred)
