Share Email Opening Title Project Analyst  Category Accounting/Finance   Position Project Analyst   Description The Project Analyst is a self-starter responsible for tracking and reporting data at the individual job level. The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal managers and supervisors is a must. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about acquiring skill sets that combine business operations with accounting and finance to effect better business decisions. Maintain, update and prepare weekly/monthly operational reports. Analyze job level performance by various criteria on a regular basis. Review supplier pricing and material spending. Collaborate with operation managers and supervisors to track and monitor job costs, productivity, and project performance. Review and update projects details in ERP system including but not limited to: purchase orders creation/amendment, crew lineup review, suppliers, and commodity review. Review daily reports metrics including submission to approval time workflow. Aid in visualization of projects utilizing Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint. Reconcile job level performance with GAAP reports and other management reporting. Assist various department with analysis and modeling as needed.
