Share Email Opening Title Financial Analyst I   Category Accounting/Finance   Position Financial Analyst I   Description The Financial Analyst I is an ambitious and motivated individual responsible for tracking and monitoring job performance at the divisional level. Those in this role are responsible for communicating findings to various parties within the organization to effect better business decisions. The Financial Analyst I is proactive and takes the initiative to follow through on projects until completion. Analyzes regional level performance by various criteria on a regular basis. Analyze financial data and identify drivers of impact for key metrics and ratios. Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout reporting and metrics. Design and lead on visualizations for financial and operation metrics including but limited to seasonality impact, margin analysis, financial consolidation, capital expenditures. Assist in integrating metrics and operational data into ERP system. Design and maintain financial and data models, integrating sensitivity and scenario analysis. Coordinates with other members of finance/accounting team to review financial information. Aid in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reporting. Incorporate technology and database analysis into workflow utilizing various technology. Communicate and present findings to management and operations. Performs ad-hoc analysis and reporting including but not limited to M&A related activities, budgeting/projections and others, as needed.   Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields required Recent and new graduates are encouraged to apply Ability to multi-task and navigate changing priorities Strong worth ethic and the ability to take on time sensitive projects as needed Proven ability to work independently and interdependently Job costing and WIP experience in the construction industry is a plus Advanced Excel skills with proven experience working with multiple complex spreadsheets Please include a cover letter with salary expectations when applying for this position   Salary   Req Number ACC-21-00010   Location Boston   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
