EHS Technologies is seeking a full-time Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division.
Description:
As ISSM, support Naval Surface Warfare Center, PD's HM&E Cybersecurity Systems Branch, by overseeing and managing information security program implementation within the organization or other area of responsibility. Manages strategy, personnel, infrastructure, policy enforcement, emergency planning, security awareness, and/or other resources. Acquire and manage the necessary resources, including leadership support, financial resources, and key security personnel, to support information technology (IT) security goals, and reduce overall organizational risk.
Work is located at Navy Business Park Philadelphia - max telework authorized during current Covid 19 safety protocol operations. Some on-site work at NSWCPD site may be required.
Specific skills required:
Observe specific enclaves from a Cybersecurity perspective and manage risk, provide recommendations to key stakeholders on how to manage said risk, track changes when implemented, further understand change process, to include impact of changes and level of involvement needed to make changes. Organize and track all changes.
Be able to make presentations, give briefings and write technical assessments.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree from accredited University or CNSSI 4012 certificate or ADQ GA7 or successful completion of at least one of the following military training courses: NEC 2779
(CIN: A-531-0009) or 3372 or CIN W-3B-1500 (EKMS Manager) or A-4C-1340 (KMI) (or DoD Service equivalent)
Requirements: US Citizen and a Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one
