We are seeking a Program/Sr. Configuration Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will: Lead a team of up to 10 personnel supporting the program in Configuration Management (CM), Data Management (DM), and Administrative Support. Organize and coordinate Navy's data management programs and support Navy's data manager.  Assist government Program Manager in defining. organizing, and directing short and long range CM/DM planning; assist multiple Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs) in meeting milestones, schedules, budgets and costs.     Provide change management and product configuration management guidance. Manage flow of shipbuilder's Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) inputs through Navy's automated data management and review process and final posting to iNAVY Sharepoint.  Direct contract team's support of all Configuration Control Boards.       Position Requirements Required Education, Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited institution.  15 years of professional experience in program/project management. Data management experience and/or shipbuilding configuration management experience. Experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel.. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Active or Current SECRET clearance.   Preferred Education, Skills and Experience::  Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management discipline or related field.  20 years of  DoD/Navy Program management or data management or configuration management;  Experience with DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process).   Some TCG customers require individuals providing support to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.
