Manages biweekly payroll for all companies

Responsible for the HCM (Human Capital Management) system

Answer all incoming “talk to a human” phone calls and route calls appropriately or take and follow up on messages

Greets guests to Administrative offices with positive, helpful attitude

General office clerical duties including assisting in maintaining all electronic and paper personnel files

Manage People Calendar and update HCMS with appropriate information

Prepare, coordinate and distribute various People related items such as birthday cards, anniversary items/celebrations and other items assigned

Assist with Conference Room Scheduling

Track training and documentation for both CMBC and Cape Beverage employees

Assists with recruiting and onboarding of new employees

Perform reference checks for new hires

Assists with employees benefit enrollment and questions

Updates electronic door access/key fob system

Assists in managing NJ solicitor’s permit application and annual renewal

Ensure operation of office equipment by competing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques

Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
