Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Provide in-home services to children and families Strong problem solving skills Facilitate case planning meetings Coordinate services with other disciplines as appropriate Provide referral to community agencies   Position Requirements Candidates must have a BSW or MSW from an accredited school along with interest in providing case management services to children and families in Wyandotte county.  No licensure is required.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
