Share Email Opening Title Yard Hand  Category Manufacturing   Description yard hand performs a variety of yard activities which may include operating a forklift or a wheel loader Job Duties: Main responsibilities including stripping concrete forms, prepping forms for tank concrete pours, concrete tank pours, finishing tank concrete, installing peripheral and internal parts for septic tank manufacturing and delivery, installation of septic pumps and siphons, concrete form maintenance, use of powered hand tools, concrete plant maintenance, equipment repair and maintenance, working with rebar mats, rebar bending, cutting and tying, housekeeping and other duties as assigned.   Position Requirements Qualifications Valid driver’s license Be self-motivated and self-monitored with little supervision needed Maintain a clean and respectful personal appearance, wearing the clean uniform when required This position will require working weekends, as needed Must pass drug screen and background/MVR check Must be a team player Customer service oriented Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent organizational and communication skills Detail oriented Full body movement, use of all senses, able to lift a minimum of 80 lbs.
