Description

This individual in this role will be responsible for compiling and maintaining accounts payable records by performing the following duties:

  • Code invoices and enter into AccPac/DocLink system.
  • Assist Supervisor in reviewing and processing expense reports in Concur Travel and Expense system.
  • Provide training on Concur Travel and Expense system to new users.
  • Setup new users in Concur Travel and Expense system.
  • Enter Concur expense reports/payments into AccPac.
  • Enter ACH/Wire invoices/payments into AccPac.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card bills and enter into AccPac.
  • Reconcile Master bills for all company’s events.
  • Reconcile daily bank statement.
  • Maintain Monthly Recurring Vendor List.
  • Assist Supervisor in preparation annual 1099 tax forms.
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits.
  • Prepare analysis of accounts, as required.
  • Assist in monthly closings.
  • Set and keep consistent office hours at the CFS back office
  • Support Company Mission and Corporate Values
  • Other projects and duties may be assigned.
 
Position Requirements

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Acc Pac and Concur Travel and Expense System preferred. 10-key, Excel and Word required.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies
  • High level of accuracy
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service
