Our team is focused on Core Values - Connected, Inquisitive, Accountable, Authentic - that motivate us to do great work and Inspire Direct Results.   Description Our Opportunity Our Chesterbrook office is currently seeking a Front-End Developer to build out front-end HTML code for emails, websites, and landing pages.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Build, maintain, and assist with front-end HTML, CSS based development. Work with creative team and vendors to ensure creative designs can be developed in standards compliant to HTML/CSS; comfort in splicing apart web graphics from Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop). Apply knowledge of web development standards for all viewport sizes (phone, tablet, desktop). Handle quality assurance testing, browser/device testing, bug fixes, and email testing tools (Litmus). Assumes additional responsibilities as required.   Position Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; marketing or other job-related concentration preferred. Minimum two (2) to five (5) years related experience required. Must be able to produce examples of previous sites developed. Experience developing with responsive email frameworks (Foundation for Emails, MJML). Experience with email marketing platforms and/or CRM/Marketing Automation tools (SalesForce, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.). Basic understanding of PHP and database connectivity.
