Summary/Objective:
The Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist will support Wakely users and help maintain the information technology infrastructure for Wakely’s local data centers and associated remote offices.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Schedule:
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am through 5:00pm, 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
This would require the ability to lift equipment, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Should be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
Travel:
This position requires less than 10% travel.
