Share Email Opening Title Receiving Worker  Description GENERAL SUMMARY: Ensures proper material flow through warehouse by receiving deliveries, documenting goods received, and warehousing the materials. Organization and attention to detail are critical to this position. The Warehouse Receiver will also rearrange the warehouse based on conditions during the week, and report any deficiencies in goods received to Quality Assurance.   SCHEDULE: 2nd shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 12:30pm - 9pm   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Efficiently unload trailers up to 53’ in length Warehouse goods received Document goods received in digital traceability database and through product labels Organize and clean warehouse Load inter-departmental transfer trailers Maintain control over dock doors being utilized for inbound and outbound freight Cooperate with production to ensure trailers are loaded in a timely manner Work with Suja shuttle drivers to minimize down-time during loading/unloading Constant review of data being used for traceability   Position Requirements JOB SPECIFICATIONS: 1-2 years forklift experience required 1-2 years receiving experience preferred Produce background a plus Must be able to work weekends and early mornings regularly Responsibilities may require an adjusted work schedule, overtime, evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures <40F BASIC SKILLS: Basic computer skills Able to lift 50 pounds Be able to work independently with moderate supervision   A competitive compensation and benefits package is offered.
