Position Accounting Information Systems Analyst  
Description

Feeney Brothers Utility Services is currently seeking an entry-level ERP Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Finance Lead, this individual will work across the organization with Accounting/Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure reliable performance of the ERP system, while supporting the growing needs of the company.

The Accounting Information Systems Analyst will monitor system performance, implement software upgrades, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve user access and security issues. Additionally, this individual will assist with financial reporting and business analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Assigns and maintains user access accounts and security access.
  • Coordinates and communicates with end-users and support center.
  • Troubleshooting, technical support, and system maintenance of various modules in ERP system.
  • Responsible for reviewing, testing, and deploying new software releases, fixes, and software upgrades.
  • Design custom reports and pages that support the needs of end-users.
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed.

 

 

 
Position Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think abstractly
  • Strong work ethic and able to prioritize projects as needed
  • Experience with SQL database management and Power BI is a plus
  • Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, sorting/formatting, Power Pivot is a plus)
  • Experience in the construction or Utility industry is a plus
