Survey/Civil CAD Technician

Position Survey/Civil CAD Technician  

Utilizing CAD with Civil/Survey skills and knowledge to prepare all kinds of Survey documents and drawings. Including As-Built drawings for various municipalities, Design Location or Existing Conditions Surveys, Subdivision plats, Registered Land Surveys, CIC plats, Certificate of Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys. Work will include downloading and uploading points for drawings and/or Construction Surveying services. Depending on the successful applicant's skills and survey knowledge, they may also work on survey boundaries and preparing legal descriptions.

Position Requirements


  • 2 years of CAD experience minimum./ required
  • Auto CAD Civil 3D / required
  • Must be punctual!/ required
  • Machine control modeling experience/ preferred
  • Drone data post processing experience/ preferred
  • Completed As Builts (JEA, CCUA, City of St. Augustine, etc.) preferred
  • Point computation experience/ preferred
  • Property research experience/ preferred
