SYTERA takes pride in exceeding client expectations with a broad array of experience and services and operates with a strong emphasis on ethics.   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Location Fort Bragg, NC   Category Intelligence Instructor   Description Job Description -Accountable for all aspects of the Digital Intelligence Systems Master Gunner (DISMG) course functions -Conducts close coordination with the All Source Initiatives Group members for all aspects of the DISMG course. - Manages the hands-on, day-to-day accountability of DISMG instruction and delivery - Create course content based on AOC Cadre Community input (DISMG/AS Initiatives Group) -Host weekly meetings with stakeholders for emerging problems -Accountable for creating, editing, managing, and maintaining lesson plans, workshops, practical exercises and testable material (test bank) -Accountable for coordinating and scheduling instructor cadre, including: -Manage Blackboard and other Virtual Points of Presence -Coordinate and manage student enrollment and graduation -Schedule VTCs or virtual content delivery -Synchronize input from DISMG community -Coordinate network accounts and equipment -Coordinate travel for students and instructor cadre -Assist in the development, execution, updates, and continual evolution of the DISMG through emerging technologies and AAR review -Accountable for consolidating, disseminating, and back briefing AAR reviews from DISMG courses -Must attend and graduate Digital Intelligence Systems Foundation Course (DISFC), Gunner Entry Program (GEP), Advanced Operations Course (AOC), and Digital Intelligence Systems Master Gunner (DISMG) Course within 18 months   Position Requirements Qualifications Education: -Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (recommend: education, business management, intel studies) -Graduate of Army Instructor School or equivalent Experience: -15 years of experience as MOS 35F, 351F, 35D (Army Intelligence Analyst Area of Concentration) -2+ years operational experience as All Source fusion cell manager or collector Recommend: Project Management & Course management experience Preferred: DISMG Graduate Skills: -Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates Clearance Requirement: -TS/SCI   Position JDL Digital Intelligence Systems Course Manager   Req Number INT-21-00003   This position is currently not accepting applications.
