JOB SUMMARY: Work involves a wide variety of involved clerical operations, requiring the interpretation of broad guidelines.


  1. Performs moderate level administrative functions (word processing, presentations)
  2. Prepares bank deposits and statements of revenue as needed
  3. Prepares and submits billings as needed
  4. Assists with statistical reporting and facilities management as needed
  5. Responsible for disbursement, maintenance and reconciliation of petty cash as required
  6. Establishes, maintains and updates the filing system
  7. Compiles reports; updates, checks and completes records, forms and documents
  8. Processes and distributes confidential and sensitive documents
  9. Answers phones, greets customers
  10. Performs other general clerical duties (typing, filing, distributing mail, etc.)
  11. Operates and maintains a variety of office equipment


Position Requirements

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of office administrative procedures. Competency in a variety of computer software. Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma/GED + 1 year of administrative office college coursework. Three (3) years of related work experience. Advanced computer skills. Ability to pass skills test. One year of supervisory experience, if applicable.
