WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Associate Truss Designer, you will kill it assisting with designing, editing and estimating structural plans to produce building components (and maybe some basic administrative duties thrown in there, too). Have no idea what the above even means? That’s OK! We will happily train and mentor the right candidate who embraces a proactive, self-motivated mindset (you on an island might sound great, but it’s not how we roll).
