About the Job:

Customer Advocates are responsible for managing PFL's eCommerce customer base from idea conception through finished print product. They deliver customer success through flawless execution, peerless communication and continuous teamwork. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working on a team, have a natural ability to build relationships and want to push their career forward through continuous learning and development.

You must have an interest in looking for creative solutions and delivering a premium experience to every customer every time. Additional experience within the print industry, sales, graphic design, customer service, or marketing is ideal but not at all necessary. We will train you with our world-class, industry leading training program to excel in this position.

  • Create sales opportunities by consulting customers on their print and marketing needs
  • Sell custom, premium print solutions using a tried-and-true sales methodology
  • Utilize existing processes while always looking for ways to improve the way you work
  • Resolve customer issues by putting their success first
  • Have high expectations for individual and team performance
