Then look no further…...   Community First Health Centers has opened a brand new, state of the art dental operation at our Port Huron facility and we are growing!!!  We are currently looking for an exceptional Dental Receptionist to join our team!! The ideal candidate for this role will be enthusiastic, motivated and a team player. Under the supervision of the Dental Clinic Practice Manager, you'll provide initial and subsequent support to the dental clinic operations. This is done by performing clerical functions including collecting and updating patient identification, financial and personal information, answering the telephones and patient questions. This position will be located out of our Port Huron, MI facility at 1011 Military Street.     Daily responsibilities of our Dental Receptionist may include: Politely answer the incoming calls, screening to assist and/or triage treatment urgency based on internal protocols Politely greet all clients, assist with questions, concerns, patient check-in/out, process payments and printing of documents as needed Make and/or adjust client dental appointments accurately in our EMR Enter, update and/or verify client account information accurately in computer system including identification Verify and obtain eligiblity and benefits of patients' insurance Scan forms into EMR as necessary Educate and enroll clients in our patient portal Complete billing in our EMR timely to decrease any potential errors Assist in preparation for daily morning team huddle Follow and complete office opening/closing procedures including daily receipts, cash and credit balances Promote and maintain awareness of Agency programs, services and activities Other duties as assigned     This is a part time opportunity; 24 hours each week gained in three (3) business days. Hours will be Monday and Friday; 830a - 5p and Wednesdsay; 1030a - 7p.     Why work for Community First Health Centers?
