About You: You have your first year(s) as a Software Developer under your belt, or you are a seasoned professional. You can code anywhere from the UI to the application to the database layer. You are familiar with one of the web UI frameworks and one of the backend frameworks. You are looking for an environment where you can maximize your programming skills finding the best approach for problems that have yet to be solved. You get excited about new technologies and are good at working as a team to build a polished and scalable product. You want to work on a variety of technologies from the user interface to the database layer. You thrive on challenge. You like to continue to learn and share your experience. You’d like to work in an agile, self-directed development team. What you will do for us: Work within a team designing, developing and testing customer facing software services. Leverage Microsoft Azure cloud services to build highly scalable serverless architectures. Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to convert application components into micro-services. Improve and modernize existing software to help to ensure our existing customers’ success. Build and maintain our CI/CD and DevOps tools. Participate in our agile development process and continuous improvement process. Field internal support calls. Your Skills: Solid understanding of one or more object-oriented programming languages like e.g. C# or Java. Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and one of the UI frameworks/libraries like e.g. Angular, React. Solid understanding of relational databases like e.g. MS SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres. The ability and desire to learn new technologies, methodologies and processes at a rapid pace. Computer Science and engineering mindset, understanding and utilizing concepts and theory to solve practical problems.
