Client Product Specialist 


Client Product Specialists are the “end-to-end” owner of the implementation experience for RenPSG services and technology products. The Client Product Specialist is responsible to facilitate onboarding coordination across internal partners and external clients to meet target go-live dates. The Client Product Specialist Team works with our Client Services Team to provide ongoing oversight and aide into each client's structure and how new enhancements and functionality can improve their experience. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with many personality types. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful and have impeccable time management skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Client through the implementation to ensure client success
  • Create standardized documentation including project plans to execute at scale
  • Validate product features and functionality with the client to ensure full understanding of service to meet their business requirements
  • Work closely with Client Advancement, Product Management, Operations, and IT departments coordinating all functional project tasks to ensure timely implementation of the product or service to the client’s satisfaction
  • Complete implementations on time or early to accelerate revenue streams
  • Ensure Client Advancement team is enabled to focus on sales by acting as a trusted partner in owning client onboarding activities
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to help improve and streamline implementation workflows
  • Provide training for clients, both remote and in-person
  • Develop expertise in product offerings and each client’s unique needs and requirements
  • Prepare process and procedure manuals for each new client to ensure a smooth transition to the service team
Position Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4-6 years of project management or product owner experience required
  • Ability to lead customer engagement meetings and drive customer communication
  • Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage competing priorities and work efficiently in a results-driven environment
  • Project management experience is preferred, including technical training and onboarding
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess excellent organization and planning skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to internal and customer interactions
  • Strong business ethics and personal integrity
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project Management software experience preferred
