Cheer Pack North America and its Global partners are the leaders in flexible spouted pouch packaging around the world (think squeezable pouches with fruit purees). Our food packaging can be found in nearly every home in America and is used by the largest, most well-known food brands to deliver food (and more) to consumers.

Position Summary: Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, the flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. Assist in the continued improvement of the Safety and Quality System.

Position Requirements

Qualifications required:

  • Working experience in similar roles
  • Professional appearance
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
  • High school degree or GED
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Positive attitude and work ethic
  • Dependable
  • Independent worker, ability to work well with others
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

 

Qualifications desired:

  • Knowledge of GMP for food or medical packaging
  • Prior Manufacturing experience
  • Experience working with catering vendors
