Share Email Opening Title CTO - Engineering Manager Roll Goods  Description Plan, Manage, Organize and Control Complex Projects (Resources, Budgets, Schedules, etc.).  Support cost reduction and warranty reduction initiatives.  Provide monthly budget forecast.  Prepare reports and presentations for Customers and internal groups Management technical contact to Customers; establish effective relationships with Customers.  Technical oversite of roll goods program resources and/or function groups such as Quality, Validation/Test,  Design.  Establish effective communications between customer, internal groups and suppliers. Responsible to manage and develop roll goods product / application engineers.  Lead roll goods development and OEM approvals for various constructions.  Mentor, coach, develop team members.  Responsible for leading teams in the design and engineering activities for Inteather™  products that meet material and component requirements.  Work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Comply with TS16949 - Design Review Requirements.   Ensure company processes and procedures are abided by (ex: Product Development Process).  Responsible for ensuring Engineering Change Requests meet key performance indicator requirements. Deliver Engineering rebills on-time including prototype billing, and cross charges for Inteva internal programs on monthly basis Responsible for achieving program imperatives (financial, product performance, schedule, PPAP, quality).  Manage prototype activities for roll goods.  Support cost reduction and warranty reduction initiatives.  Ensure program resource support, as needed, at Inteva and Customer sites for prototype and launch activities. Support business pursuit activities Both domestic and international travel, to support Inteva programs and products.   Position Requirements Minimum ten (10) years automotive Interior material     (specifically roll goods “A” surface) and or product engineering     experience Thorough knowledge of roll goods materials (TPO, PVC,     PUR, backings foam / scrim, and coatings), and continuous manufacturing     processes e.g. extrusion, lamination, and web painting Previous supervisory experience of automotive technical     resources for a minimum of five (5) years Highly advanced planning and organizing skills Proven leadership style – ability to create clear     vision and lead and manage team to meet requirements Outstanding interpersonal effectiveness – building     relationships and facilitating goal achievement Ability to lead, manage and coordinate multiple complex tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Creative problem solving skills and self-starting Proficient in MS Office Programs – including MS Project Ability to travel to support Inteva's products and program, both domestically and internationally   Education Requirement Bachelor's Degree - Engineering REQUIRED   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift -not applicable-   Location Inteva Products, LLC - World Headquarters and Troy Technical Center   Req Number ENG-21-00064   About the Organization Inteva Products is a leading global automotive supplier providing innovative, reliable, environmentally friendly products that enhance vehicle quality, safety and performance.
