Technology leader for European based “special” production technologies such as press cladding, NFPP processing, automation concepts.  For NFPP specifically and new technologies to Inteva Lead implementation and proper execution of manufacturing engineering system tools in support of flawless launch Evaluation, planning, costing, build support, startup & PPAP leadershipLead life cycle cost analysis workshops to drive technology selection. Support the development of technical standards and bill of process standards. Interface between Advanced Development group – CORE - manufacturing engineering and operations Business Travel Mandatory to support Inteva's Programs and products, globally. Technical Center Troy Resident supporting all global manufacturing sites. Support customer presentations as needed during quote and execution phase. Support purchasing to select capable and competitive suppliers to source below the award of business pricing. Support plants in their cost savings projects.   Position Requirements REQUIRED: Personnel / Project Management Interpersonal Skills- Internal/External Result Oriented & Self-Motivated Critical Thinking / Problem Solving Skills Technical Expert in Product/Process Development & Equipment Knowledge for automotive interior trim manufacturing technologies including tooling and automation expertise. NFPP required Production line planning and startup experience Strong degree of self-motivation and self-direction. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding situation. PREFERRED Operations experience.
