Must be willing to travel Manage customer warranty for assigned suppliers Manage PPAP both internally and externally Manage the performance of assigned Inteva suppliers to improve Key Performance Indices. Ensure that suppliers adhere to the Inteva Quality Requirements communicated through Inteva's Supplier Requirements Manual and other communications. Utilize the Inteva formal communication process with suppliers. Maintain supplier/component PPAP documentation for all changes post launch, including certification files. Facilitate structured problem solving actions to drive improvement through robust root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Issue and monitor problem cases and cost recoveries to suppliers to ensure timely and effective issue resolution. Lead, with a sense of urgency, issue resolution activities related to supplier caused issues within Inteva and the supplier locations. Coordinate activities with cross functional groups to address supplier related concerns. Escalate and communicate problems appropriately. Monitor and maintain supplier non-conforming material process including containment, correction, and cost recoveries. Travel to supplier locations to support on site audits, reviews, and improvement activities, as required with short notice.   Position Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years’ experience in automotive Supplier Quality role Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive in Tier 1 environment. Problem solving experience. Automotive plant supervision experience. Good working knowledge of IATF16949 requirements. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills.
