To provide social and psychotherapeutic services to adults with substance abuse problems and/or mental illness. Clinical responsibility for the treatment, management and continuity of therapeutic care for individuals with substance abuse problems and/or mental illness.     Position Requirements MSW and one-year paid counseling experience in a health or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting. Possess keen observation and listening skills. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with every level of the behavioral health system. Cultural awareness of the population served.
