Description

The position will manage inbound and outbound preview campaigns serving various departments and their needs. We expect 2+ years of experience in Five9's platform with more than 200 agents. The position will audit, build, and manage all aspects of Five9 for future and ongoing campaigns.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • User setup and configuration.
  • Managing preview only outbound campaigns.
  • Performing Audits of the platform for stale campaigns, phone numbers, customer experience design.
  • Development of Campaigns, IVRs, Campaign Profiles.
  • Managing inbound call queues to achieve optimal performance in service level, abandon rates, and average speed of answer across over 200 agents.
  • Automation of call lists and loading campaigns both from Salesforce and individual requests.
  • Interacting with department leaders on call center performance and the drivers in how the call center performs.
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience in all aspects of managing call campaigns, profiles, and IVRs for both inbound and outbound on the Five9 telephony application.
  • Experience in call center strategies.
  • Able to handle multiple requests and prioritize.
  • Strong communication skills.
