Job Summary
Masiello Insurance, an Optisure Risk Partner and growing P&C insurance agency, located in Keene NH is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager. This position will work as part of an expanding team of professionals to develop and support a Personal Lines book of business, and provide a full-range of exceptional service to a diverse group of agency clientele. Great opportunity for an individual who can multi-task, enjoys working as part of a supportive team, and is open to learning new aspects of the insurance industry.
During this time the position is 100% remote, at some point in the future (post covid) this position may need to attend meetings in person at the Keene office and therefore be willing to travel as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with clients, carriers, and colleagues, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Apply knowledge of products and services to best meet client needs. Serve as liaison between client and carriers
Provide a full range of responsive professional service to clients, including renewal handling and cross-selling, endorsement processing, taking first report of claims, handling payments, billing questions and responding to all client inquiries.
Maintain accurate up to date client information and files, ensuring clear and complete documentation.
Market renewal accounts as needed and in accordance with policy and protocol.
Work as part of a team to develop new accounts and expanded business opportunities.
Job Requirements:
P&C license required
At least 2 years of relevant insurance-related PL experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with AMS 360 a plus
