Position Primary Care Practice Manager  
Description

Seeking a full-time primary healthcare Practice Manager to manage and coordinate functions of an integrated healthcare clinic with services including primary care, behavioral healthcare, dental services and care coordination.

This position supervises staff using a team approach to goal setting and problem solving while ensuring clinical staff are meeting safety and quality standards.

Manages the day to day operations of the clinic including management of ordering supplies, maintaining inventory and adhering to all organizational fiscal and budgetary requirements.

Manages work flows, coding compliance and staff training; providing support and guidance when adjustments are necessary. This position is a liaison to other organizational clinical leadership with a focus on quality initiatives and improving the patient and provider experience.

Position Requirements

Preferred skill set includes a BSN degree, primary healthcare knowledge and experience, knowledge of infection control, practice workflow, registration, scheduling, and quality improvement.  Experience working in primary care and management experience required.  Ability to work as part of a busy FQHC team, excellent communication and writing skills are a must.

Previous experience with The Joint Commission Accreditation and Primary Care Medical Home Certification is a plus.

As a healthcare provider, we only hire non-smokers and COVID and flu vaccinations are required.  Medical and religious exemptions may be requested during the hiring process.
