What You Would Be Doing The VP of Technology and Analytics will partner with Executive and Leadership teams, consultants, and third-party vendors to help organize, invest, and maximize the most appropriate technology in order to help Boundless and its affiliated companies achieve its most critical strategic initiatives. This position will oversee the availability, reliability, and performance of IT and data analytics infrastructure services. This position will drive a culture of continuous improvement to improve quality, efficiencies, and standards across IT infrastructure and services. This position oversees the organization’s information technology, electronic data aggregation, analysis, health information, health integration, and care delivery record-keeping solutions. This position will work cross-functionally to support the development of the organization and departmental technology budgets.   Position Requirements Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Seven (7) to ten (10) years in IT and/or Data Analytics required. Five (5) to seven (7)years of leadership responsibility in managing IT operations and projects required. Data reporting and analytics with electronic systems is required. Executive-level interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a matrix environment required. Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills required Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal required. Experience in working with corporate leaders, providers, payors and/or others in driving efficiency and value preferred. Clinical and financial systems experience preferred. Experience and/or skills in consulting, operations management, health care financial management, strategic planning and relationship management preferred.
